My name is Gareth, founder of Christchurch Therapy. It’s both my passion and my privilege to walk alongside people in the Christchurch community as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strength and confidence.

We’ll usually begin with a free phone consultation. This is a relaxed, confidential chat where you can share a little about what has brought you here, what you’d like to work on, and ask any questions you might have. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for whether Christchurch Therapy feels like the right fit for you. During this call, I’ll also explain some of the options available—whether you’re looking for shorter-term, results-focused support or a longer-term process of growth and healing.
I also understand how busy life can be with work, family, and other commitments. That’s why I offer flexible appointment times throughout the day and into the evenings, to make it easier to fit therapy into your life without adding more stress.
